Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a manufacturing organization in Owatonna, Minnesota. This Contract position is well suited for someone who can manage invoice processing accurately, maintain organized payment workflows, and help keep vendor accounts in good standing. The ideal candidate brings a detail-focused approach, works comfortably with high-volume transactions, and communicates effectively across accounting and operations teams.

Responsibilities:
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, assign the appropriate account codes, and prepare transactions for timely entry into the accounts payable system.
