Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position focuses on maintaining accurate invoice processing, supporting timely vendor payments, and ensuring financial records are coded correctly. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail and hands-on experience with core accounts payable functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately to support efficient payment processing
• Manage accounts payable transactions while maintaining organized and up-to-date financial documentation
• Prepare and process ACH payments and check runs in accordance with established schedules
• Verify invoice details against supporting records to help ensure accuracy and proper account allocation
