JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for timely and accurately processing of invoices and payments for Costa Rica site. Analyzes invoices, purchase orders and accounting records to record expenses and transactions in the correct accounts and cost centers. Provide timely responses to all accounts payable inquiries and collaborate with operations team and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies. Develops projections and prepares reports such as accounts payables accruals, cash flow projections. Journal entries processing and reconciliations Other accounting tasks as assigned.
