Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to support a high-volume finance operation in Austin, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is expected to begin in June or July and continue through at least the second quarter of next year. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in accounts payable, advanced Excel capability, and the ability to work effectively with both internal partners and external contacts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable activities for a large-scale organization with substantial invoice volume and payment activity.
• Review and manage invoice coding, payment processing, check runs, and ACH transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
