Position Overview

A growing, multi-state organization is seeking a Director of Accounts Payable & Cash Disbursements to lead and scale the AP function. This role oversees the full accounts payable lifecycle, including vendor administration, invoice processing, cash disbursements, internal controls, and team leadership.

This is a high-impact position supporting ongoing operational changes and an upcoming ERP transition to SAP S/4HANA. The Director will help stabilize processes, implement best practices, and build a high-performing AP organization.


Key Responsibilities

AP & Disbursements Leadership

+ Oversee end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments (ACH, wire, check)

+ Ensure timely and accurate disbursements aligned with company policies and cash flow
