Job Description
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage essential accounts payable activities and provide crucial administrative and office support. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial processing and maintaining organized documentation to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
+ Process weekly accounts payable activities, including tracking purchase orders, invoices, receipts, delivery tickets, and vendor statements.
+ Perform consistent, accurate data entry in QuickBooks Desktop.
+ Communicate with vendors to request missing information and resolve discrepancies.
+ Maintain organized records of all accounts payable documentation for tracking and audit purposes.
