Pay Rate: $26 – $31 per hour
About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing accounts payable processes? Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Sage to join our client’s accounting team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while supporting the smooth operations of the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage accounts payable transactions, including processing invoices and verifying supporting documentation.

+ Complete weekly payment runs (check, ACH, and wire payments).

+ Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Enter and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and/or Sage accounting software.
