Description
Orlando company is looking for an AP Specialist. Responsibilities of the AP Specialist will include but not limited to the following.
-- Full-Cycle AP Accounting Ownership: Perform and understand end-to-end accounting processes including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and general ledger maintenance.
-- QuickBooks or Sage Intacct Experience: Maintain working knowledge of QuickBooks and or Sage Intacct including account setup, reporting, customer/vendor management, and troubleshooting accounting discrepancies.
-- Accounts Payable Management: Oversee AP processes including vendor setup, invoice coding, approvals, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and follow-up on discrepancies.
-- Intercompany Accounting: Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, loans, transfers, and balances.
