Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support a busy healthcare organization in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite and offers a consistent four-day, ten-hour schedule. The person in this role will help keep invoice and payment activity accurate, organized, and on time while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of invoices with careful attention to accuracy, coding, and required documentation.
• Review purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to complete two-way and three-way matching before payment approval.
• Enter accounts payable transactions into the organization’s Lawson Version 10 system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing questions, reconcile discrepancies, and support timely payment processing.
