Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process approximately 80–100 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency
+ Prepare and run weekly check payments
+ Maintain and track purchase orders
+ Assist with general accounts payable functions and reconciliations
+ Provide administrative support, including ordering office supplies and stocking common areas
+ Communicate regularly with field team members to support their operational needs
+ Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed
