Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements to ensure accuracy.
• Schedule, prepare, and monitor outgoing payments while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• Address inquiries from vendors and internal teams regarding payment issues.
• Organize and file financial documentation both digitally and physically.
• Manage office administration tasks, including ordering supplies, scheduling, and document handling.
