Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant – Biotech Industry


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to support our finance operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

The ideal candidate has strong AP experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Research & Development, and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities

+ Process full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and posting to the general ledger

+ Manage high-volume invoice processing for vendors, clinical partners, CROs, and lab services
