Ability to manage and handle full set of accounts financial matters, its associated record keeping as well as maintenance and improvement of financial records.
Preparation of monthly financial reports, monthly reconciliation, cash flows and other finance-related reports, e.g. claims, petty cash, staff welfare.
Preparation of accounts payables.
Preparation and submission of GST.
Preparation of monthly salaries.
Assist in HR-related functions.
Support company operation and management in financial planning and assist in cash flow projections.
Maintaining and updating employee’s personal files, leave and allocation allowance.
