Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Manage and maintain MYOB accounting system and ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions.
- Perform month‑end closing, account reconciliations, and preparation of management accounts.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow reports, forecasts, budgeting, and business analysis reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely processing of suppliers’ and vendors’ payments and handle related queries.
