Position Overview
Requirements - At least Diploma in accounting
- Required skill(s): Quickbook
- Minimum 3 years of local experience in Construction Industry preferred
Job Duties - Maintain & manage full sets of accounts;
- Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns;
- Reconciliation of accounts;
- Preparing monthly management reports;
- Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on a timely manner;
- Handle Petty Cash;
- Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses;
- Issuing of sales invoices;
- Filing of AIS;
- Assist in yearly audit and tax computation;
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
- Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
