Job Description - Posting of Sales Invoices in Navision
- Processing receipts
- Prepare daily receivable report
- Prepare and submit invoices to the bank for financing
- Prepare credit limit forecast reports to ensure that there is sufficient credit limit prior to sales delivery
- Send Statement of Accounts to customers
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare debit notes and credit notes
- Submit insurance claims
- Perform inventory reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3 years qualifying experience
- Familiar with ERP system, Navision preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
