We are looking for a meticulous individual with strong numerical skills to join a reputable shipping firm as an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate should be looking to support daily finance operations, reporting, and month-end activities. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reports Support month-end closing and balance sheet schedules Handle fixed asset accounting and depreciation entries Assist with budgeting, audits, and internal reporting Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Key Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in AP, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
