Position Overview
- Processing, verifying and reconciliation of vendors invoices
- Reporting of weekly cashflow and preparation of payment forecast
- Preparation of journal entries
- Responsible for month and year-end closing on a timely basis
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements and quarterly GST submissions
- Preparation of schedules for accounting, audit and tax
- Handling any ad‑hoc duties/tasks assigned
Qualifications & Skills - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- Meticulous and good communication skills
- Good working knowledge with Microsoft office
- Ability to learn and be pro‑active and willing to be hands‑on in work deliverables to meet timeline
