Job description:



Responsibilities:



To maintain proper financial and accounting management records.

Handle full set of account.

Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting report and cash flow management.

Handle petty cash, cash flow, costing and forecast.

Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.

Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.

To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Liaise with financial institutions, auditors & statutory bodies

Prepare monthly management account.

Manage inventory accounting, including stock reconciliations, variance analysis and necessary adjustments.
