Responsibilities:
Maintain full set of accounts for real estate projects, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping.
Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial records are properly recorded and up to date.
Prepare quarterly GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage WIP accounting for property development projects, tracking project costs and revenue under Work In Progress until project completion.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and management reports for review.
Handle collection tracking (cash, cheque, GIRO, and telegraphic transfer) and ensure timely posting of receipts.
Issue sales invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate recording of income and expenses.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, contractors, and stakeholders while supporting audit, tax, and ad-hoc finance tasks.
