Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily admin and accounting duties
- Perform data-entry & clerical assistance
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and prepare management accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Handle accounts bookkeeping for outsourced clients
- Process accounts payable and payments
- Perform accounting tasks promptly with accuracy
- Liaise with clients on accounting matters, document requests, and financial queries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Required skill(s): XERO, MS Office, basic accounting knowledge, administrative duties
- Basic knowledge of HR & Payroll
- IT savvy to support digital transformation projects will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication details
