Position Overview
Location: Paya Lebar / Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Scope - Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
- Quarterly GST preparation
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
- Perform month‑end closing for financial reporting within timeline
- Perform reconciliation between reports
- In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Any other ad‑hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
Requirements - Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 6 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
