Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an accounting professional with experience in a Shared Service environment who is strong in General Ledger (GL) activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective financial management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company’s Fixed Assets Register, including coordinating the annual physical asset count to ensure all fixed assets are properly accounted for.
• Support the accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, including reporting to the local auditor and Headquarters in Japan.
• Resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely manner to support month-end closing and collaborate with relevant parties to prevent recurrence.
• Support the collection and compilation of data and information for reporting and disclosure in the Statutory Audited Report.
