Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, receipts, and credit control
- Perform GST submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulations
- Handle project costing, progress claims, retention sums, and subcontractor payments
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant government authorities
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing (if applicable)
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
