Position Overview
- Assist in daily finance and admin operations
- Assist in recording of accounting entries into Dynamic accounting system;
- Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports
- Assist in Procurement documentation and filing;
- Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing
- General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies, office cleaning & maintenance etc;
- Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims or survey
- Assist in annual statutory audit
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge
Requirements - LCCI or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Dynamic
