Accounts Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking an Accounts Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to analyze customer orders, data management and resolving customer issues by working with our Inside Sales representatives and various departments. • Enter and edit all necessary orders and changes as required into Oracle
• Review proper inventory allocations vs. customer backlog to determine allocation of parts.
• Review and manage weekly specific customer backlog reports for credit, sub inventories, customer holds and stock reserves.
