Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities Implement all general accounting practices Monitor all credit and debt transactions Processing bank statements Reconciliation of bank accounts Reconciling of petty cash transactions Processing of supplier invoices Process Payroll & Tax Monthly VAT submissions Conduct customer follow-ups on outstanding accounts Manage and maintain debtors’ accounts Manage and maintain creditors’ accounts General administrative skills Manage Accounts Team Desired Experience & Qualification Matric (Senior Certificate) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior accounts or bookkeeping role Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualification – (Preferred NQF Level 4-6) Skills and Knowledge Required Knowledge of accounting packages and systems such as Xero/Pastel.
