Accounts Executive Job Description - Work closely with senior account executive in managing day to day activities of the finance department.
- Full set of accounts includes managing accounting records, monthly financial statements, projects costs analysis and recommendation.
- Preparation of progress work claims and process invoices for payment.
- Suppliersβ invoices and discrepancies, work with relevant department to resolve.
- Assist in audit and year-end activities.
- Other admin duties as and when needed.
