- Processing Supplier/Subcontractor Invoices
- Dealing with Supplier and branch queries
- Checking copy invoices to ensure no duplications
- Matching up credit notes with invoices, making sure both are on the system
- Processing Sub-Contractor Applications and Payment Notices
- Processing Sub-contractor following CIS rules
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Payment runs
- Ensuring that all SLA’s are met;
- Input of all invoices within 24 hours
