Accounts Assistant, immediate start
Kings Lynn

We are seeking an immediately available Accounts Assistant to support a business on a temporary basis.
The hours are flexible.

The role:

All aspects of the purchase ledger
Assist with the payment runs where required
Sales ledger duties, ensuring invoices are raised accurately
Raising invoices
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Dealing with customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
Use finance and administration systems effectively to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
Assist with the bank reconciliation
 
The successful person will have experience in a similar role and be able to start work almost straight away.
