Position Overview
Job Overview We are now seeking responsible and meticulous candidates to fill our openings for Accounts Assistant. You will be handling the full spectrum of our Accounts receivable & Account payable operation.
Responsibilities - Perform system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales & payment received transactions
- Work closely with Customer Service and Sales team to investigate and resolve billing disputes, discrepancies relating to outstanding invoices
- Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
- Perform system entries for Accounts Payables (AP) purchase and expenses transactions including payment processing matters
- Ensure proper and systematic filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist to perform quarterly GST submission and other statutory reporting
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
