Job Description:
- As the Accounts Assistant you will match, input and post purchase invoices into the invoice register and purchase ledger accurately
- Review the Finance worktray and bulk post invoices that have been approved
- Review worktray report for any discrepancies and resolve
- Review supplier statements investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- As the Accounts Assistant you will generate a weekly payment run; liaising with relevant signatories to arrange availability for authorisation / sign off
