P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Finnieston, Glasgow to recruit a full-time permanent Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced good all-rounder to join a small friendly team and have the autonomy to make the role their own. This is an office-based role within a collaborative team culture. The main duties: Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records with clear audit trail Purchase and sales ledger Bank reconciliations Monitoring cashflow Providing financial reports to deadline Running a small monthly payroll (10 staff) Maintaining ISO 9001 & IIP standards Some general administrative duties The main requirements: Previous accounts experience (at least 3 years) Sage 50 experience is preferred Good communicator with management, staff, clients and suppliers Extremely proactive and driven Accurate and thorough, with good attention to detail Organised with ability to multi-task Flexible and able to po...
