Job Description - Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)
- Monthly merchant bank reconciliation
- Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (Enagic System and QB)
- Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Physical and QB)
- E-Payment updates / checking (in Enagic System)
- Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager
Job Requirement - Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience a plus point
- Those without experience are welcome to apply as Training is provided
- Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point
- Knowledgeand experience in QuickBooks a plus point
- Ableto start work immediately
- Meticulouswith good attention to detail
