Accounts Assistant – Accounts Receivable (AR)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shah Alam . As an Accounts Assistant (AR) at Ace Gases, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate billing and the timely collection of payments. You will play a vital role in maintaining the company’s cash flow by monitoring aging reports, managing credit limits, and reconciling customer accounts. This role offers hands-on experience in complex financial operations, including international payment transactions and tax compliance within the dynamic gas manufacturing industry.

Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices on a timely basis.
