Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain accurate records of sales orders and invoices
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable
Assist with monthly financial reporting and data entry
Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain and update customer account information
Support general administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
