Position Overview
The successful candidate will possess strong administrative abilities, proven experience in financial reconciliations, and be confident in managing the cashbook.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day financial and administrative tasks
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
Manage and maintain the cashbook accurately
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial reports
Maintain filing systems for financial documents
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers where necessary
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential
