Staff Requirement (1) Accounting/Admin Personnel
Job Responsibilities - Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial transactions(sales,expenses,receipts) and update accounting ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices,receipts,payment vouchers and reimbursements.
- Prepare payroll and staff reimbursements.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly contribution reports.
- Compute and remit employee and employer contributions with prescribed deadlines.
- Process employee government-mandated benefits accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and summaries for management.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns (income tax,withholding tax, VAT and etc.) accurately and on time.
- Process tax payments through the eFPS.
