Responsibilities

Coach and mentor direct reports to build technical accounting skills, enhance professional development, and foster a collaborative team environment Prepare and review journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Review month end analytics and provide guidance and assistance to direct reports with their analytical work Prepare detailed account reconciliations and investigate and resolve complex open items in a timely manner Apply GAAP principles and accounting policies within area of expertise to ensure compliance Serve as a change agent by driving continuous process improvement initiatives Lead and participate in special projects, as assigned
