The role combines leadership and oversight with hands‑on involvement as a preparer when needed, while serving as a key liaison with onshore stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong audit roots, Big Four experience, and proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and complex accounting deliverables using tools such as CaseWare.
