Responsible for assisting with general accounting operations in a PEZA-registered company and providing support to the Accounting Manager. Ensures accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day general accounting tasks, including journal entries, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with PEZA requirements.
- Support the Accounting Manager in reporting, audits, and internal controls.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense monitoring, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth accounting operations.
- Support administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
