Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Analyze budgets and create expense reports
- Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct month-end and year-end closures
- Prepare documents for audits
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
- Producing a variety of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
- Assisting with tax payments and filing
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course
- Relevant work experience
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and formulas
- Multi tasking and ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge in BIR TAX Compliance is a plus
- Preferably living in Quezon City or Nearby Areas
