We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support high-volume financial operations for one of our clients in Portland, Oregon. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong accounting fundamentals, sharp accuracy, and the flexibility to handle a variety of transactional and reporting tasks in a fully onsite environment. The role will focus on maintaining clean financial records, supporting daily billing and payment activity, and helping to ensure financial information is complete, timely, and compliant with established procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions by entering, reviewing, and validating activity for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile fees, balances, and related account activity to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.
