Position Overview
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance to standards
- Record and monitor daily sales transactions.
- Record and monitor store expenses.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Prepare and process supplier payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Audit store funds.
- Prepare monthly financial statements - income statement & balance sheet
- Reports directly to the Managing Director
- Previous experience in the foodservice or restaurant industry is an advantage.
- Experience with Accounting software such as Quickbooks is an advantage.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
