Position Overview
- Financial Record Maintenance : Perform data entry, update financial records, and reconcile discrepancies in invoices, payments, and accounts.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable : Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Administrative Support : Assist in preparing financial reports, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the accounting team in daily operations.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately manage data and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
