Job Summary: The Accounting Officer must have a keen eye to detail, be persistent, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, organized, and dependable, and exercise excellent judgment and disposition. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner and familiarity with Word and Advanced Excel are required.
Responsibilities
- Daily Bank Reconciliation and transaction analysis.
- Daily coordination of discrepancies.
- Consolidation of daily reconciliation reports.
- Consolidate monthly reports in preparations of the following: Profit and Loss; Trial Balance; Balance Sheet.
- Ensure accuracy of journal entries in general book of accounts in compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist External Auditors during preparation of Annual Financial Statement.
- Others — Performs other substantially related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate Superior.
