Accounting Officer / Senior Accounting Officer in the Institute for Climate and Carbon Neutrality (ICCN) (Ref: 536356) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions of the Institute for Climate and Carbon Neutrality.Prepare, monitor, and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure reports for various research projects, events (e.g. Climate Week), and other operational initiatives.Ensure all financial transactions, procurement, and reimbursement processes comply with the University of Hong Kong’s financial regulations and guidelines.Assist in preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders and external funding agencies or partners.Coordinate with the Finance and Enterprises O...
