Position Overview
The Accounting Officer (Level 1) will be responsible for a wide range of general accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the company's financial operations.
- General Accounting: Perform day-to-day accounting transactions, including preparing journal entries, vouchers , and supporting the overall financial recording process.
- Reconciliation: Execute accurate and timely bank reconciliations and other general ledger accounts (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, temporary accounts) to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Financial Record Management: Maintain and review financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and established accounting standards.
