Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor, review, and reconcile accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
- Handle regulatory compliance requirements including BIR, business permits, SSS, HDMF (Pag-IBIG), PhilHealth, and SEC filings.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Develop and implement improvements in accounting processes and best practices.
