Position Overview
The Accounting Officer is responsible for overseeing the integrity of all financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Manages a team of 4 Accounting Staff.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including the accurate computation of salaries, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax).
- Reconcile bank statements and all other financial accounts on a regular and timely basis.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
